Shipping & Returns
Your order placed will be delivered the next working day before 17.00, provided the products are in stock. The availability of an item is listed in the specifications of the product. Is not in stock, the delivery time is +/- 14 days, unless otherwise stated.
The shipping costs € 4.95 for shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands. For orders over € 50.00 you pay no shipping charges Shevanti.com.
2. Damage during shipment
The articles are always shipped with a track & trace code. Thus, you can always follow your order. Shevanti.com guarantees that you receive the goods in good condition. What if that is not the case?
b. The goods in the package are defective
If you receive then there are more options possible a damaged product. If there is transport damage, please refuse the package, the driver will take the return shipment. If you have already accepted the package, so you notice the damage until later, you must do a photo of the damaged packaging and content to reach us.

Your order will be shipped in principle on working days within 24 hours and the next two days when offered. Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery services, it is possible that your package incurs any delay.
4. We have canceled your order (partially)
Shevanti.com reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional cases. , By introducing an ordered product if damaged or found not to be in stock. Or if there is a valid payment, such as registered as stolen credit card. Of these you at all times by e-mail to be notified.
5. An order for a foreign address

Information about guarantees and return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have canceled again after 14 days to send your product back. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping. Only the costs for returning home to shop for their own account.
